Popular seminar and workshop topics include:
Introduction to Intuitive Eating.  Focusing on a non-diet approach to eating, participants will walk away with a new, flexible framework for approaching food choices. Perfect for office groups that find themselves entrenched in "diet talk" around the water cooler and are ready to explore positive ways to talk about food.

Body Image Workshops. Studies have found that well over 50% of men and women suffer from negative body image. Through dynamic body image workshops, we explore the root of negative body image and how to liberate and accept our bodies for what they are. This can be customized to be an intimate discussion or a broader introduction about the role of of body image in wellness. This is particularly relevant for college or parenting groups.

Flexible Meal Prepping and Planning. Busy professionals often benefit from a focused space to discuss pain points behind meal prepping. Rather than thinking about meal prepping as a strict and rigid plan, we discuss prepping as a way to promote flexibility and improvisation in eating - all while saving money on takeout and extra groceries.

Raising Competent Eaters. We dive deep into the "Division of Responsibility" between parents and children when it comes to feeding and eating. Informed by researcher Ellyn Satter's evidence-based theories of feeding families and raising competent eaters, we help parents address the difficulties around picky eating and family dinners, and give practical information about raising children who grow to trust their bodies and feel joyful and confident about eating.

... just to name a few! We always customize presentations and workshops to meet your group's interests and needs.
Let's discuss your vision and start planning!
